By Sijia JiangHONG KONG, Nov 29 (Reuters) – Cyber attacks on Chinese companies have soared in the past two years, according to a survey, with new technologies that connect household items to the internet and allow them to receive and send data seen as particularly vulnerable.The average number of cyber attacks detected by companies in mainland China and Hong Kong grew 969 percent between 2014 and 2016.
The number of attacks averaged more than 7 a day for each of the survey’s 440 China-based respondents – around half of the global average of 13.However, the average number of attacks fell by 3 percent globally over the last two years, and 30 percent since 2015, in contrast to the rise in China.China’s rapid adoption of new consumer and industrial technology for the ‘Internet of Things (IoT)’ era may be part of the reason. PwC said such connected devices are the leading targets of cyber-attacks.”IoT devices in general have not paid attention to cyber security,” said Marin Ivezic, a partner on cyber security at PwC in Hong Kong.”In China and Hong Kong … we have more adoption than anywhere else in the world,” he said, noting China was also one of the biggest manufacturers of these items.Chinese-made connected home devices such as webcams with security loopholes that gave way to botnet malwares were blamed by security researchers for Roperzh Media (roperzh.com) a massive cyber attack in the US last month that temporarily paralysed major internet sites.The Chinese companies surveyed had cut their cybersecurity budget by 7.6 percent in 2016 compared with flat global spending.
Thirty four percent of them identified competitors as a source of attacks, a rate higher than anywhere else in the world.The PwC survey does not track the country of origin of the attacks, which Ivezic said is “almost impossible”.
The drop in the global number of cyber attacks did not reflect a safer environment, he said, but was rather the result of more sophisticated cyber criminals who more selective in who they targeted.(Reporting by Sijia Jiang; Editing by Alexandra Hudson)

توجه داشته باشید پس از آن که فرزند دلبندتان
را نزدبهترین دکتر ختنه در تهرانبردید
و ختنه کردید، نیاز است مراقبت هایی را پس از جراحی انجام بدهید.
این مراقبت ها و ملاحظات به منظور تسریع در روند بهبودی فرزندتان
است. ختنه یک عمل بسیار قدیمی و
کهن برای نوزادان و کودکان پسر می باشد.

سورون نیست از مادرم پرسیدند که گفت دست فراز.
بعد دیگه زن عموم کلی اصرار که باید آلبوم رو ببینیم که در
نهایت برای اینکه من نقطه ضعف نشون ندم آلبوم رو دادم و
اون ها هم عکس ها رو دیدند.
حالا بگذریم من چقدر از عکس های آلبوم جلوی زن عموم و بخصوص دختر عموم که 4 سال از
من کوچیکتر هست خجالت کشیدم اما به روی خودم نیاوردم.
گاهی اوقات اگر والدین تمایل داشته باشند قبل از مرخص کردن کودک از
بیمارستان دو یا سه روز بعد به دنیا آمدن ختنه را انجام می دهند.بعد
از هربار تعویض پوشک، پوشک را آرام و کمی
آزاد ببندید، چون نباید به محل ختنه گاه فشار وارد شود.یه دفعه دیدم بحث کشیده شد
به تالاری که ختنه سورون من بود.بسیاری از والدین می خواهند بدانند بهترین سن برای ختنه کردن نوزاد پسرشان چه زمانی است.
برخی دیگر به دلیل رعایت بهداشت یا ظاهر
این کار را انتخاب می کنند. اما اگر مشکل خاصی در آلت
کودک باشد هزینه و قیمت جراحی متفاوت خواهد بود و بیشتر از حالت عادی خواهد بود.
به طور مثال اگر کودک دچار ختنه پیغمبری باشد به خاطر سختی بیشتر عمل هزینه آن نیز به طبع بالاتر است.
در برخی فرهنگها و حتی در برخی نقاط
کشورمان عمل عجیبی به نام
ختنه زنان و دختران انجام میشود.
نوزاد در ماههای اولیه هم درد را بهطور کامل تجربه میکند.
اما از آنجا که در ظاهر که حافظهٔ خوداگاه از تجربیات ماههای اولیه باقی نمیماند، بررسی و اندازهگیری اثرات روانی تجربهٔ این درد دشوار و شاید غیرممکن است؛ بنابراین هنوز اجماعی در این زمینه وجود ندارد.
البته این آمار رو به کاهش است و هر سال ۱٪ کاهش مییابد.
باتوجه به اینکه عفونت ادراری در کودکان زیر ۶ ماه بیشتر است، توصیه می شود ختنه در سنین پایین انجام شود که البته نیاز به معاینه قبل از اقدام دارد چون در شرایطی لازم است که ختنه دیرتر هم انجام شود.
اگر مردان در سنینی که میتوانند رابطهی جنسی انجام
دهند، پوست ختنهگاهشان سفت شود
در عملکرد جنسی با مشکل موجه
خواهد شد. این بیماری فیموز یا به انگلیسی phimiosis نامیده
میشود و یکی از بیماریهایی است که برای مردان ختنهنشده به وجود میآید.
مردانی که در بخشهای فیزیوتراپی، رادیولوژی و سایر امکانات پزشکی کار
میکنند یا منزلشان جایی در
نزدیکی تابش مستقیم اشعههای بنفش است ممکن است به شدت در
معرض ابتلا به سرطان باشند.
احتمالا این سوال را از خود میپرسید که برای ختنه به
چه دکتری باید مراجعه کنید!
توجه داشتهباشید که دکترهای مختلفی این عمل
را انجام میدهند. همچنین دیدهشدهاست که در مواردی این عمل در منزل
و توسط افرادی که آموزشی برای این کار ندیدهاند اما میدانند که باید چطور این فرایند
را انجام دهند، انجام میشود.
در ایران بسیاری از افرادی که بدون داشتن مدارک
پزشکی این کار را انجام میدهند، باعث ایجاد عوارض و مشکلاتی برای کودکان شدهاند.
معمولا نوزادانی که به اشتباه ختنه شدهاند، در آینده در
زندگی شخصی و جنسی خود دچار مشکل شدهاند.
ختنه یک مسئله کاملا شخصی است.
توصیه اکید بنده برای جلوگیری از عوارض ختنه، انجام
آن با بی حسی کامل است. چرا که درد
زیاد عمل و عدم همکاری بچه و جیغ و
داد آن باعث می شود که ختنه درست از آب درنیاید و باعث عوارض می گردد.
یکی از مهمترین عارضه ختنه، التهاب و تنگی
مه آ یا نوک آلت می باشد که درصد آن بین 8 الی
31 درصد گزارش شده است.

حتی اگر کسی در دوران کهنسالی مسلمان شود هم

ابتدا باید با پزشک متخصص در این خصوص مشورت کنید و در صورت صلاحدید متخصص عمل جراحی امکان پذیر خواهد بود.

فرزندان پسر یا ختنه نکردن آنها میتواند عوارض و اختلالهایی
را برایشان به دنبال داشته باشد.
همانطور که پسرتان بزرگ شد، به او بیاموزید که زیر پوست ختنه گاه را با عقب کشیدن آرام آن از سر، شستن زیر پوست ختنه گاه
